Darlene Fanning created the ICE All-Stars cheerleading program in 1998 with about 30 athletes. She rented some space in a small corner of a local gymnastics facility; basically a small carpeted area right next to the gymnastics floor. ICE quickly outgrew this space however, so we moved into our first official ICE facility; a 12,000 sq. ft. building in Elkhart, IN.
